Cairo – Mubasher: The net profits after tax of Delta Sugar reached EGP 1.62 billion in 2023, higher by 91% than EGP 850.40 million in 2022.
Basic earnings per share (EPS) stood at EGP 9.29 last year, marking an annual leap of 91% from EGP 4.87, according to financial statements.
Revenues enlarged by 121% year-on-year (YoY) to EGP 8.33 billion as of 31 December 2023, compared to EGP 3.76 billion
During the first half (H1) of 2023, the EGX-listed firm registered net profits after tax valued at EGP 1.08 billion, up 100% YoY from EGP 544 million.
Sales climbed by 41% to EGP 3.53 billion in H1-23 from EGP 2.50 billion in H1-22, while the basic EPS enlarged to EGP 6.23 from EGP 3.12.
