Egypt - Mubasher: Dar Al Alamia Developments has launched Acasa Alma in New Cairo’s Sixth Settlement, with total investments of EGP 7 billion.
The project aims to set a new benchmark for integrated low-density luxury communities, offering privacy, tranquility, and premium lifestyle amenities, according to a press release.
Spanning 16 acres, Acasa Alma features townhouses, duplexes, and apartments with contemporary architecture using stone cladding and wooden finishes.
Over 85% of the project is dedicated to green spaces, complemented by private gardens, a clubhouse, swimming pool, outdoor club, and jogging and cycling tracks.
