Dalqan Real Estate shareholders gave a nod to withhold dividend payout for 2014.
The company reported net profits of KWD 52,060 for the first quarter of 2015, up 3.8% from KWD 50,150 for the same period of 2014.
Dalqan is capitalised at KWD 5 million, distributed across 50 million shares at KWD 100 fils par value each.
