Riyadh — Mubasher: Dar Almarkabah for Renting Cars Company (DS Rent) disclosed the resignation of independent board member Ayman Jaber, according to a bourse filing.
The resignation was submitted on 24 October 2026 and became effective on the same date.
The company stated that Jaber stepped down due to professional and investment commitments that require his full-time attention.
Jaber had served on the board since his membership began on 4 August 2026.
The board of directors expressed its gratitude to Jaber for his contributions during his tenure.
DS Rent confirmed it will take the necessary legal and regulatory steps to fill the vacant seat in accordance with the Companies Law, the company’s bylaws, and corporate governance regulations.
The company will announce any material developments regarding the appointment of a successor in due course.
