Cairo – Mubasher: Dar Misr Developments announced investing EGP 400 million to build the first ‘DoubleTree’ hotel in Ain Sokhna in partnership with Hilton Group.
DM Developments’ investment will be used to finance the construction of the hotel in ‘The Groove’ resort which spans over an area of 250,000 square metres, according to a statement on Sunday.
Set to be inaugurated by 2024, the new hotel will feature 162 guest rooms, six suites, and 32 chalets.
