Christelle Fadel, general manager of DHL Global Forwarding Morocco, also said that the economic outlook for North Africa was "extremely positive" and that it was expected to grow by 5% in 2018.

Having had various opportunities to contribute to the DHL business and the wider logistics industry, DHL Global Forwarding Kuwait's newly appointed general manager Fadi Bastoni said that "With the economy poised to see a 3.5% growth this year, and the government pushing to maintain strong spending on transport and logistics infrastructure, Kuwait presents a tremendous opportunity for us and Kuwaiti businesses."
