Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market’s (DFM) general index lost 13.56 points, or 0.48%, to close at 2,826.6 points in a week.
The transportation sector went down 2.96%, as Aramex declined 3.2% to AED 4.25, while Air Arabia sank 3.11% to AED 0.998.
The services sector lost 2.26% after Tabreed dropped 4.12% to AED 1.63 and Amanat Holdings levelled down 0.83% to AED 1.19.
On the other hand, the consumer staples sector grew 2.9%, as DXB Entertainments rose 3.2% to AED 0.344, while the investment sector added 0.46% after Dubai Investments gained 0.51%.
Over the week, the DFM’s trading volume reached 643.09 million shares, while the market’s liquidity amounted to AED 780.33 million.
