Dubai - Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) inched down by around 0.85% or 19.15 points to close Wednesday's trading session at 2,218.21 points.
A total of 320.48 million shares were traded through 3,922 transactions valued at AED 319.32 million.
The market cap value decreased by AED 2.3 billion to AED 311.21 billion, compared to AED 313.51 billion during the previous session.
Union Properties led the losing stocks with 4.81%, while Ithmaar Holding came on top of the rising stocks with 14.77%.
Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) headed the losing blue chips with 1.42%.
