Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) has announced that its listed-companies have recorded a 100% compliance for the disclosure of the third quarter of 2018 results.
A total of 64 companies have disclosed their quarterly results within the 45-day deadline, according to an official statement released on Thursday.
The bourse suspended the trading on one of the dually listed companies namely; International Financial Advisors (IFA), which missed the deadline to disclose the financial statements as per the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) requirements.
