Dubai – Mubasher: The general index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) rose 54.53 points, or 2.11%, to 2,628.74 points in a week, while market capitalisation increased to AED 350.022 billion.
The real estate sector added 0.24% after Arabtec Holdings, Damac Properties, and Emaar Development went up 0.9%, 2.92%, and 1.6%, respectively.
DXB Entertainments levelled up 1.68%, pushed up the consumer staples sector, which gained 1.29%.
The investment sector rose 2.25%, as Dubai Investments increased by 4.5%.
Over the week, the DFM’s trading volume reached 841.846 million shares, while the market’s liquidity hit AED 1.452 billion.
