DFM, ADX close Tuesday with collective decline

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) lost 59.47 points (1.40%) on Tuesday and ended the trading session at 4,184.31 points.

DFM’s turnover amounted to AED 499.85 million through the exchange of 214.32 million shares.

Emaar Properties witnessed the highest trading value of AED 142.53 million, while Union Properties was the most active stock with 47.69 million shares,

Orascom Construction led the risers with 4.35%, whereas AL Firdous Holdings headed the decliners with 5.70%.

Likewise, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) retreated by 0.642% to 9,194.32 points.

A total of 353.53 million shares were exchanged at an amount of AED 1.21 billion, while the market cap value hit AED 2.83 trillion.

International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 200.56 million, whereas Eshraq Investments dominated the trading volume with 77.55 million shares.

Presight AI Holding topped the gainers with 15%, while ESG Emirates Stallions Group headed the losers with 4.03%.
