DAMAC delivers 4-tower project in Dubai

Dubai – Mubasher: DAMAC Properties on Tuesday welcomed residents to its four-tower master development called DAMAC Towers by Paramount in Dubai.

The Dubai-based developer welcomed residents to its residential towers A, B, and D, which are done in collaboration with Paramount Hotels & Resorts.

The construction of the fourth tower, boasting an ultra-luxurious Paramount hotel with 800 keys, will be completed in 2019, DAMAC revealed in a statement.

“Each project handover is an exemplification of our commitment towards our customers and investors,” said DAMAC Properties’ general manager of operations Ali Sajwani, adding that with the DAMAC Towers by Paramount project, the developer had “set out to create a distinctive living experience, offering the best of Hollywood-inspired luxury in the heart of Dubai.”

Covering an area of over 270 metres in Dubai’s Burj area, the four-tower complex will offer 1,200 sophisticated serviced suites, which in turn will feature contemporary designs inspired by the quintessential California lifestyle. 

In addition to the “stupendous interiors,” DAMAC said its project with Paramount houses state-of-the-art facilities and services, including pool areas, health clubs and a variety of trendy food and beverage outlets.

“It’s exciting to watch this experience come to life as residents begin to move in,” Sajwani added.
