Mubasher: Specialities Group Holding disclosed that the court has issued a ruling in favor of the Kuwaiti company Specialities Group Holding, and against Warehousing Projects and Logistics Co, a Saudi firm.
The court ordered Warehousing Projects to pay SAR 30 million or nearly KWD 164,320 ($8 million) to Specialities as a compensation for both financial and literary damage, according to a bourse statement issued on Monday.
No financial impact is expected in the current time, but it will be disclosed when the compensation sum is collected.
It is noteworthy that Specialities owns a 50% stake in Warehousing Projects.
