Mubasher: Computer Stationary Industry said Thursday that it has received a proposal by an interested party for the merger of its fully owned subsidiary, Oman Printers and Stationers Ltd. Co., and the interested party’s entity.
The company said that its board of directors has accepted this proposal in principle, and will carry out the required feasibility study of the merger proposal, according to a bourse filing.
