Mubasher: Combined Group Contracting (CGC) on Sunday posted a 35% year-on-year drop in its profits for the third quarter of 2018.
Net profits amounted to KWD 586,300 ($1.9 million) in Q3-18, compared to KWD 902,900 ($2.97 million) in Q3-17, according to a filing to Boursa Kuwait.
For the first nine months of 2018, the Kuwaiti contracting firm’s profits jumped 66.25% to KWD 3.2 million, from KWD 1.94 million in the same period of the prior year.
It is worth mentioning that the company recorded a profit of KWD 2.66 million during the first half of 2018.
