City Edge Developments launches Mazarine Islands Phase II

Cairo – Mubasher: City Edge Developments has launched the second phase of Mazarine Islands in New Alamein after the first phase was sold out completely.

The project, developed by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) and marketed by City Edge Developments, is located on an area of nearly 128 acres and includes 285 villas with sizes ranging from 364 to 672 square metres, according to a statement on Sunday.

The development helps “contribute to the redefinition of Alamein as a fully integrated, functional all year-round city and the development of sustainable fourth generation cities,” Chairman of City Edge, Ashraf Salman, said.

The Towers in Alamein city are the first of its kind on the south Mediterranean since it is the first national project that features sky-high towers with an overview on the North Coast beach. The towers are also the tallest across the entire country, as they comprise 44 floors,” CEO of City Edge Developments, Mohamed El-Mikawi, noted.
