Riyadh - Mubasher: City Cement Company’s board of directors has approved a cash dividend distribution totaling SAR 56 million for the first half (H1) of 2026.
The payout will be funded from the company’s retained earnings, according to a bourse filing.
The board decision, reached on 6 August 2026, authorizes a dividend of SAR 0.40 per share across 140 million eligible shares. This distribution represents 4% of the share nominal value.
Shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the 13 August 2026 eligibility date will be entitled to the payout. The company confirmed that the distribution process is scheduled to commence on 3 September 2026.
City Cement noted that dividends paid to non-resident investors will be subject to a 5% withholding tax in accordance with Saudi Arabian income tax regulations.
The company urged shareholders to ensure their bank account details are correctly linked to their investment portfolios to facilitate the electronic transfer of funds on the scheduled payment date.
In the January-June 2026 period, the company’s net profits dropped by 49.08% to SAR 44.77 million when compared to SAR 87.92 million in H1-25.
