Cherry Trading’s shareholders to elect board members

Riyadh – Mubasher: Cherry Trading Company has invited its shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) scheduled for 14 October 2026.

The meeting will be conducted via modern technology at 19:00.

The primary agenda for the assembly is to vote on electing members to fill vacant seats on the Board of Directors for the current term, which is set to end on 19 December 2028.

Shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center at the end of the trading session preceding the assembly are eligible to attend and vote.

According to Article 32 of the company’s Bylaws, the meeting will be valid if attended by shareholders representing at least 25% of the voting shares.

If this quorum is not met, a second meeting will be held one hour after the scheduled time for the first session.

Electronic voting on the agenda items will open at 01:00 on 10 October and will remain available until the conclusion of the assembly through the Tadawulaty platform.

In the first half (H1) of 2026, the listed company logged net profits amounting to SAR 34.66 million, an annual growth of 8.18% from SAR 32.04 million.
