Riyadh – Mubasher: Fawaz Abdulaziz Al-Hokair Company (Cenomi Retail) shifted to net profits valued at SAR 1.80 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2025, against net losses of SAR 151.70 million in Q1-24.
Cenomi Retail generated 11.18% year-on-year (YoY) higher revenues at SAR 1.33 billion in Q1-25, compared to SAR 1.20 billion, according to the financial results.
Earnings per share (EPS) hit SAR 0.02 as of 31 March 2025, versus a loss per share of SAR 1.30 in Q1-24.
The Saudi group also turned profitable in Q1-25 against losses of SAR 148.20 million in Q4-24, while the revenues increased by 1.09% from 1.32 billion.
Accumulated losses hit SAR 1.60 billion as of 31 March 2025, representing 139.90% of the capital.
At the end of December 2024, Cenomi Retail suffered 82.25% YoY lower net losses at SAR 197.50 million, compared to SAR 1.11 billion.
