Riyadh – Mubasher: Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Company (Cenomi Retail) announced appointing Salim Fakhouri as Acting CEO starting 1 March 2024.
Fakhouri will succeed Gunther Helm who resigned for personal reasons, according to a bourse filing.
Bringing over two decades of experience across MENA, Fakhouri has been serving as CEO of Fashion at Cenomi Retail since November 2021.
Previously, he served as President of the Fashion Division at Azadea Group Holding.
Cenomi Retail incurred net losses after Zakat and tax amounting to SAR 89.10 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2023, in contrast to profits of SAR 19.30 million in 9M-22.
In September 2023, the company announced Fawaz bin Abdulaziz Alhokair as the Chairman of the board for the next three years.
