Riyadh – Mubasher: Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Company (Cenomi Retail) announced Fawaz bin Abdulaziz Alhokair as the Chairman of the board for the coming three years.
Cenomi Retail also named Abdulmajeed bin Abdulaziz Alhokair as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse disclosure.
The two officials assumed their roles for a new board term that began on 12 August 2023 and will remain in position until 11 August 2026.
The board members greenlighted the key appointments during their meeting that was held on 5 September 2023.
In the first half (H1) of 2023, the Saudi firm swung to net profits after Zakat and tax valued at SAR 113.80 million, against net losses worth SAR 1.70 million in H1-22.
The revenues went down by 1.89% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 3.03 billion in H1-23 from SAR 3.09 billion.
