Cenomi Centers wins ruling in SAR 523m Dhahran Mall revenue dispute

Riyadh — Mubasher: Arabian Centres Company (Cenomi Centers) announced that a Saudi court issued a judgment in its favor on 21 October 2026, dismissing a legal claim filed by the owner of the Mall of Dhahran.

The plaintiff had sought the recovery of revenues totaling SAR 523.03 million associated with the property.

The ruling follows a previous disclosure made by the company on 1 March 2026, regarding the initiation of legal proceedings by the mall owner.

The court’s decision to reject the claim provides a significant legal resolution for the retail developer concerning this specific litigation.

Under Saudi judicial procedures, the plaintiff retains the right to appeal the verdict within 30 days from the date specified for receiving the official judgment copy.

If no appeal is filed within this timeframe, the ruling will become final and legally binding. Cenomi Centers had originally notified the market of the dispute on 1 March 2026.

The listed group recently completed the sale and deposit of proceeds from fractional shares.
