Mubasher: Jiyad Holding Co announced that the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) has declined the company’s request to list its shares on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
The decline of the request was due to not meeting all the listing requirements set by the DFM, according to a bourse statement on Thursday.
Jiyad said that it will submit a new request with all the required conditions and procedures in order to list its shares on the UAE stock exchange.
