Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) auctioned fixed treasury bonds (T-bonds) at an aggregated value of EGP 37 billion through two issues on Monday, 29 December.
The first issue was valued at EGP 14 billion and will mature in two years on 2 December 2027, according to official data.
With a tenor of three years until 2 December 2028, the second tranche stood at EGP 23 billion.
