Cairo - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) offered treasury bills (T-bills) at a combined value of EGP 100 billion through two issues on Thursday, 20 March.
The first tranche, which will mature in 182 days on 23 September, stood at EGP 50 billion, according to official data.
Meanwhile, the second auction carries a 364-day maturity period until 24 March 2026, with the same value amount.
Earlier this week, the CBE announced T-bills at a total value of EGP 110 billion through two offerings.
