Cairo – Mubasher: Al Baraka Bank-Egypt has received the Central Bank of Egypt's (CBE) approval to appoint Hazem Hussein Rashad Hegazy as the Deputy Chairman and CEO of the bank.
The decision will be submitted to the next ordinary general meeting (OGM), the bank said in a bourse disclosure on Monday.
In the first six months of 2021, Al Baraka Bank-Egypt achieved net profits of EGP 611.88 million, up from EGP 543.67 million in the year-ago period, including minority shareholders' rights.
