CATRION’s profits decline 11% in 2025; revenues cross SAR 2.4bn

Riyadh - Mubasher: CATRION Catering Holding Company reported SAR 313.62 million in net profits attributable to the owners during 2025, down 11.10% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 352.77 million.

The earnings per share (EPS) retreated to SAR 3.82 last year from SAR 4.30 in 2024, according to the income statements.

Revenues reached SAR 2.44 billion as of 31 December 2025, reflecting an annual rise of 6.17% from SAR 2.29 billion.

Cash Dividends

The board members of CATRION greenlighted cash dividends worth SAR 94.30 million, accounting for 11.50% of its SAR 820 million capital, for the second half (H2) of 2025.

Meanwhile, the company will disburse a dividend of SAR 1.15 per share for 82 million eligible shares. The eligibility and distribution dates will be 16 April and 7 May 2026, respectively.

During the first nine months (9M) of 2025, CATRION logged 6.63% YoY lower net profits at SAR 237.18 million, compared with SAR 254.03 million.
