Riyadh - Mubasher: CATRION Catering Holding Company penned a contract with Air Arabia DMM on 15 September to provide comprehensive in-flight catering services.
The agreement carries an estimated total value of SAR 200 million and extends for a duration of five years.
Under the terms of the contract, CATRION will be responsible for providing on-board catering, logistics, and the retail rights for food, beverages, and other products across the airline's fleet.
The group stated that the partnership aligns with its strategic plan to sustain business growth, diversify income sources, and enhance operational efficiency within the aviation sector.
The financial impact of the agreement is expected to be reflected in the company's financial results starting from the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026.
CATRION confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction. The contract follows a formal award notification, also dated 15 September 2026.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, the listed company logged net profits valued at SAR 127.97 million.
