Burgerizzr’s net profits hike 265.5% in H1-26

Riyadh – Mubasher: Shatirah House Restaurant Company (Burgerizzr) reported a net profit of SAR 11.21 million for the first half (H1) of 2026, an annual leap of 265.57% from the SAR 3.07 million.

Revenue for the six-month period rose by 34.94% to SAR 218.93 billion, supported by the consolidation of the newly acquired Shuffle brand and the opening of new branches.

For the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, net profit reached SAR 5.49 million, a 368.91% increase compared to SAR 1.17 million in the prior-year quarter.

The company attributed the growth to a 60.30% rise in gross profit, which reached SAR 38.83 million as food costs declined and operational efficiency improved. Gross margins expanded to 34% from 28.90% a year earlier.

The company’s total branch network expanded to 140 locations, up from 113 in the previous year. This growth includes 16 Shuffle branches and 13 new Burgerizzr outlets, offset by two closures.

Earnings per share for H1-26 climbed to SAR 0.10 from SAR 0.02 in the corresponding period of 2025. Total shareholders' equity stood at SAR 85.66 million as of 30 June 2026.

On 24 June, the company’s shareholders greenlighted cash dividends for 2025 and a strategic share buyback program for treasury purposes.
