Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that Burgan Bank’s board member Masaud Mahmoud Johar Hayat has purchased 400,000 shares in the bank.
The average price of this transaction stood at 248 fils a share at a total value of nearly KWD 99,200, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
Burgan Bank’s lead managers head Khalid Fahd has bought 300,000 shares in the bank for 247 fils per share at a total value of nearly KWD 74,100.
