Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that it has suspended the trading activity on the shares of Mushrif Trading and Contracting, Kuwait Bahrain International Exchange, and Gulf Franchising Holding, according to a bourse statement on Thursday.
The suspension decision is effective starting from Thursday, 30 August 2018, and was taken as Mushrif Trading has not yet disclosed its financial statements for several periods starting from 30 September 2016 until 31 March 2018.
The stock market added that the trading on Mushrif’s stock was also suspended because the company has not paid the annual subscription fees.
Trading on Kuwait Bahrain Exchange was suspended because of not announcing the income statements.
As for Gulf Franchising Holding, Boursa Kuwait has suspended the trading because of not completing the capital restructuring of the company.
