Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Sunday’s trading session with a mixed performance.
The All-Share and Premier markets went up 0.11% and 0.23%, respectively, while the Main Market retreated 0.11%.
The technology segment topped eight gainers with 5.04%, while the industrial sector led three decliners with 0.66%.
Burgan Drilling headed the winners with 20%, while Marakez led the losers with 8%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover shrank by 39.3% to KWD 9.52 million on Sunday compared to KWD 15.68 million in the previous session after the trading volume decreased by 33.9% to 47.9 million shares from 72.42 million.
The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) posted the highest liquidity of KWD 1.79 million, the stock added 0.5%.
Jiyad was the most active stock on which 5.1 million shares were traded, the stock added 0.31%.
