Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait started Wednesday with positive performance after the All-Share, Main, and Premier markets edged up 0.58%, 0.07%, and 0.76%, respectively.
By 11:03 am Kuwait time, the telecommunication sector was the best performer with 1.35%, whereas the financial services sector was the worst performer with 0.4%.
Alargan International Real Estate Company led the gainers with 9.85%, while Taameer Real Estate Investment topped the losers with 12.41%.
The bourse’s traded volume reached 18.1 million shares exchanged through 1,010 transactions at a turnover of KWD 5.41 million.
Kuwait Finance House (KFH), which rose 1.38%, logged the highest turnover at KWD 2.31 million, while Kuwait Remal Real Estate (Remal), which went up 9.22%, led the bourse in terms of trading volume after 3.58 million shares were exchanged.
