Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Thursday’s trading session with a mixed performance after the All-Share and Premier markets shed 0.3% and 0.44%, respectively, while the Main Market index inched up 0.1%.
By 11:00 am Kuwait time, the industrials sector was the worst performer with 0.44%, whereas the insurance sector was the best performer with 1.39%.
Inovest led the losers with 7.97%, while Kuwait Syrian Holding topped the winners with 7.28%.
Boursa Kuwait’s trading volume reached 13 million shares exchanged through 595 transactions at a turnover of KWD 4.04 million.
The Gulf Bank of Kuwait (GBK), which edged down 0.33%, led the bourse in terms of volume and value after 3.7 million shares were exchanged, generating a turnover of KWD 1.11 million.
