Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait registered a massive increase on Sunday, the first session after the five-day Eid Al Adha holiday.
By 10:10 am Kuwait time, the All-Share, Premier, and Main markets went up 0.29%, 0.24%, and 0.42%, respectively.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover amounted to KWD 5.25 million after 21.8 million shares were traded through 1,366 transactions.
The insurance segment topped the gainers with 1.44%, while the consumer goods sector led the decliners with 1.47%.
Jiyad headed the winners with a rise of 5.81%, while Warba Insurance led the losers with 7.04%.
HEISCO posted the highest liquidity of about KWD 539,000. The stock went up 2.45%>
Aayan Leasing was the most active stock on which 4.12 million shares were exchanged, the stock rose 2.05%.
