Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait registered a positive performance during the week ended on 12 July in line with noticeable improvement in the trading activity.
The All-Share Market gained 2.47% or 126 points to reach 5,213.42 points this week from 5,087.64 points in the past week.
The Premier Market added 3.17% or 164 points to 5,344.48 points from 5,180.4 points a week ago.
The Main Market went up by 1.15% or 56.6 points to 4,975.74 points from 4,919.16 last week.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover grew by 37.6% to KWD 179.14 million compared to KWD 130.2 million in the prior week.
Trading volume increased by 66.2% to 955.31 million shares from 574.99 million.
The number of transactions rose by 53.9% to about 37,740 from 24,530.
