Mubasher: The Premier Market index closed Thursday’s session 1.26% higher, while both the All-Share and Main markets added 1.04% and 0.5%, respectively.
The banking segment headed the gainers with 1.71%, while the consumer goods sector led the decliners with 1.11%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover increased to KWD 44.53 million on Thursday compared to KWD 33.38 million in the previous session, after the trading volume grew to 199.01 million shares from 184.96 million.
Sanam Real Estate was the top winner with 17.01%, while Tamdeen Investment led the losers with 8.81%.
The Gulf Bank of Kuwait (GBK) was the most active stock on which 23.56 million shares were traded at a value of KWD 7.43 million, the stock went up 3.55%.
