Bonyan REIT logs SAR 2.9bn total asset value in Q2-26

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Fransi Capital has released the quarterly financial statement for Bonyan REIT for the period ending 30 June 2026, according to a bourse statement.

The fund reported a total asset value of SAR 2.90 billion based on the latest valuation, with net asset value (NAV) for the fund’s 162.88 million units reaching SAR 2.15 billion.

The disclosure confirmed a net asset value per unit of SAR 13.18, while the unit’s closing price on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) stood at SAR 9.99.

Rental income relative to the unit price was reported at 3.09% for the quarter. Total expenses and fees for the period amounted to SAR 46.09 million, representing 3.18% of the fund's value.

Regarding distributions, the fund manager confirmed a total payout of SAR 65.15 million for the first half of 2026, equivalent to SAR 0.40 per unit.

This distribution, which carried an eligibility date of 21 May 2026, represents 4.90% of the net asset value. The fund’s leverage ratio remained at 22% of total assets, with a debt exposure duration of 2.75 years maturing in March 2029.

During the quarter, the board approved non-fundamental changes, including the appointment of a new auditor and updated custody fees.
