Cairo – Mubasher: Gulf Canadian Real Estate Investment stated Thursday that the board member, Mostafa Hamed, bought 36,720 shares at EGP 8.01 a share, totalling EGP 294,120.
Thus, the board member increased his stake from 11.82% to 12.56%, according to a bourse filing.
The company operates with EGP 30 million, divided into 5 million shares at EGP 6 each.
