Riyadh – Mubasher: Batic Investments and Logistics Company registered net profits amounting to SAR 4.87 million for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, an annual hike of 293.24% from SAR 1.24 million.
The surge in profitability occurred despite an 11.012% decline in quarterly revenue, which fell to SAR 132.42 million from SAR 148.81 million.
The company attributed the profit growth to an 18% reduction in general and administrative expenses and a 34% drop in financing costs.
These savings offset declines in the smart parking, real estate investment, and money transport business segments. On a sequential basis, net profit shrank by 60.246% from the SAR 12.25 million recorded in the first quarter of 2026.
For the first half (H1) of 2026, net profit rose by 14.646% to SAR 17.12 million from SAR 14.93 million in the prior-year period. Half-year revenues grew by 2.54% to SAR 269.20 million.
Earnings per share (EPS) improved to SAR 0.029 in H1-26 from SAR 0.025 a year earlier. Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, hit SAR 435.07 million as of 30 June 2026.
The accumulated losses reached SAR 20.24 million, representing 3.40% of its capital. This amount is lower than the SAR 25.11 million reported at the end of March 2026.
