Riyadh - Mubasher: Balsm Alofoq Medical Company announced the commencement of electronic voting on the agenda items of its Ordinary General Assembly (OGM) ahead of the meeting scheduled for 28 June 2026.
The company said remote voting through the Tadawulaty platform started at 1:00 a.m. on 24 June and will remain available until the conclusion of the OGM, according to a bourse filing.
The OGM is set to be held at 6:30 p.m. at the company’s headquarters in Buraidah, Al Qassim, via modern technology using Tadawulaty services.
Balsm Alofoq added that the meeting will be broadcast live through the link available on the Tadawulaty system.
Earlier in June, the Tadawul-listed company called its shareholders to attend the OGM to discuss several major items on the shareholders' agenda.
