BSF names Fayez new CEO in coming February

Riyadh – Mubasher: Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) announced on Tuesday, 14 November appointing Rayan bin Mohammed Fayez as the bank’s managing director, and CEO, effective the coming 18 February, instead of Patrice Couvegnes.

The chairman of audit committee, Ammar Bin Abdul Wahid Al Khudairy resigned, and was appointed as acting managing director to manage the bank’s business until appointing Fayez in February 2018, according to a statement on Wednesday to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The member of board and audit committee, Bader bin Abdullah Al-Issa, will be appointed as acting chairman for the audit committee, until AI-Khudairy resumes his business as chairman of the audit committee.

By 1:12 pm KSA time, BSF’s stock decreased 1.32% to reach SAR 29.90.
