BHB in red zone at Thursday’s close

Mubasher: The main index of the Bahrain Bourse (BHB) closed Thursday’s session 0.38% or 5.14 points lower at 1,334.42 points.

The banks segment fell by 0.64%, dragged by Al Salam and AUB which lost 1.96% and 1.41%, respectively.

The market’s trading value stood at about BHD 775,100.

Khaleeji Commercial Bank was the most active stock on which 1.85 million shares were exchanged.

AUB recorded the highest turnover of around BHD 670,900.
