Dubai – Mubasher: UAE-based Azizi Developments has launched Fawad Azizi Residence, its third real estate project in Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), with AED 342 million ($93 million) in investments.
Fawad Azizi Residence features 201 studio apartments, including 165 one-beds and 30 two-beds, the property developer said in a statement.
The new project will also include landscaped gardens, a gym, swimming pool, retail shops, and covered parking, the company added.
“This location is one of the most promising in Dubai as it is widely known for its health and wellness facilities and access to Dubai’s lifestyle and entertainment hotspots, making it an excellent investment for buyers and investors,” chairman of Azizi group Mirwais Azizi commented.
Azizi Developments has other projects in DHCC, including the Azizi Aliyah Residences with 346 apartments and the Farhad Azizi Residence with 634 apartments.
