Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments has awarded two AED 1.5 billion contracts for the construction of 32 buildings with 4,000 units in Azizi Victoria Phase 1 located in Rashid Al Maktoum City, according to a company statement released on Wednesday.
Green Modelling Contracting will construct 16 buildings, while Modern Civil International Contracting Company will build the remainder.
“Azizi Developments has developed a strong reputation in the market for its ability to develop multiple mega-projects and deliver them ahead of schedule,” Azizi Group’s chairman Mirwais Azizi said.
Situated on over 33 million square feet, Azizi Victoria comprises 105 mid- and high-rise residential buildings incorporating 30,000 units – including studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments – along with a retail district and two hotels, the UAE-based developer revealed.
“Our goal for 2018 is to continue at the same rapid pace of development and ensure that we meet the growing demand for a premier residential real estate in Dubai,” the chairman concluded.
The project’s construction is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2019.
