Riyadh – Mubasher: Axelerated Solutions for Information and Communication Technology Company has signed a major contract with King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre for the supply and leasing of end-user computing devices and services.
The agreement, signed on 13 July 2026, is valued at more than 10% of the company’s total revenues for 2025, including value-added tax.
The project carries a total execution duration of five years. Under the terms of the deal, the company will manage the procurement and leasing of hardware alongside associated computing services for the medical institution.
Management expects the financial impact of this contract to begin appearing in the company’s financial statements during the third quarter (Q3) of 2026. The company confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction. Approval to disclose the contract details was obtained on 15 July.
The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the company’s 100% capital increase from SAR 28 million to SAR 56 million.
