Riyadh – Mubasher: Atlas Elevators General Trading and Contracting Company announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Sarah Hamoud Naseer Al Dandani as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, according to a bourse filing.
The appointment took effect on 4 July 2026 to fill a vacancy for an external member and will continue through the remainder of the current committee cycle, which is scheduled to conclude on 7 November 2028.
The board decision follows the resignation of committee member Yaqoub Yousef Abdullatif Al Atiqi, who submitted his resignation on 1 July 2026 citing personal circumstances.
The board of directors expressed its gratitude Al Atiqi for his contributions and efforts during his tenure with the committee.
The new appointment is part of the company’s efforts to ensure the continuity of its governance functions and regulatory compliance within the committee’s framework.
Meanwhile, female member Al Dandani joins the committee as a non-board member to support its ongoing mandate until the end of the current term.
