Cairo – Mubasher: Asec Company for Mining "ASCOM" said its board of directors approved to add a new production facility to its subsidiary - Ascom Co. for carbonates and chemicals.
The estimated cost of the new production line amounts to around EGP 80 million, where it is expected to boost ASCOM’s earnings by nearly $2 million annually.
ASCOM said it is working on securing the needed approvals to establish the new production line.
