Riyadh – Mubasher: Arriyadh Development Company recorded a 39.67% higher net profits after Zakat and tax to SAR 318.3 million in 2021, compared to SAR 227.9 million in the earlier year.
The company's revenues increased by 5.55% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 250.9 million in 2021 from SAR 237.7 million, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The earnings per share (EPS) settled at SAR 1.79 last year, against SAR 1.28 in 2020.
In the meantime, the company's board has proposed a cash dividend distribution of SAR 88.88 million for the second half (H2) of 2021.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the first nine months (9M) of 2021, Arriyadh Development registered net profits worth SAR 325.2 million, up 124.5% from SAR 144.8 million in the same period last year.
