Riyadh – Mubasher: Arriyadh Development Company has logged net profits after Zakat and tax of SAR 196.30 million during the first half (H1) of 2022, an annual drop of 22.85% from SAR 254.44 million.
Revenues inched down by 0.91% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 125 million in H1-22 from SAR 126.15 million, according to the interim financial results on Tuesday.
The earnings per share (EPS) settled at SAR 1.10 in H1-22, lower than SAR 1.43 in the year-ago period.
During the second quarter (Q2) of 2022, the company’s net profits after Zakat and tax plunged by 59.97% YoY to SAR 57.40 million from SAR 143.41 million.
On the other hand, the revenues amounted to SAR 63.90 million during the April-June 2022 period, up 1.43% from SAR 63 million during the same period a year earlier.
In the first three months (3M) of 2022, the Tadawul-listed firm reported net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 139 million, higher by 25.22% than SAR 111 million in Q1-21.
